These Terms & Conditions apply to all English lessons, coaching sessions, and services provided through englishforit.co. By booking a lesson or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

I offer:

• 1‑to‑1 online English lessons
• Interview preparation sessions
• Pronunciation coaching
• English for IT communication training
• Free trial consultations (live video call)

All lessons are delivered live online via video call. No prerecorded lessons or downloadable digital products are sold.

• All paid lessons must be booked and paid for in advance.
• Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy and Stripe.
• Prices are listed on the website and may change at any time.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.

• The free trial is a live consultation, not a prerecorded video.
• Each new student is eligible for one free trial session.
• The trial session cannot be rescheduled more than once.

• You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson are non‑refundable.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

• Refunds are available only if a lesson is cancelled more than 12 hours in advance.
• Refunds are not provided for missed lessons, late arrivals, or technical issues on the student’s side.
• If technical issues occur on my side, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost.

• Standard lessons are 50 minutes unless stated otherwise.
• If you join late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
• If you do not attend within the first 15 minutes, the lesson is considered missed.

Students agree to:

• Have a stable internet connection
• Join lessons on time
• Use respectful communication
• Not record or distribute lesson content without permission

Your personal information is used only for:

• scheduling lessons
• communication
• payment processing
